New lands and new civilisations

Normally I just photograph people so I was thrilled and just a little bit daunted to try out some product photography.

House of Vestress share my personal philosophies of re-using and recycling wherever possible. The shop features local artisans and largely handmade and recycled products.

I've just done the standard 'thing on a white background' shots for now, but I'll get onto the arty product shots soon.

I think I'm going to hold on to the Pineapple wish bracelet.

Turns out I don't have what I'd ideally need, like a sidearm tripod, but I'm a firm believer in making do.

I very much needed an extra pair of hands though, so I'll have to look into more clamps.
