Bathtime with Tori

It's international women's day (March 8th) and how fitting that I'm taking a bouquet of roses to the beautiful model Tori Noir.
I never get tired of shooting beauty images especially with a gothic twist and today was no exception.
The bathroom was tiny, and the bath itself was pretty narrow so I kept lighting simple with a single diffused off-camera flash. I was also limited to using short lenses, cramped as we were.
There may have been some, not so glamorous, standing over the toilet, on my part but the results are squeaky clean. If you're more comfortable working at home you can still get fantastic photographs working with what you have.
After keeping Tori in the water for far too long we thought we'd get a smeared make-up shot to finish.
Tori is a make-up artist and probably spent the morning thoughtfully water-proofing her make-up so of course I would do this.

Anyway, it was such a pleasure to shoot this set and I'm thankful for Tori for trusting me to shoot it for her.
Check out the full set here.
